Terms of Service for Tiktok Automated Income

1. Agreement to Terms

By using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the services. Our services are designed to integrate with the TikTok platform through its API, and your use of our services is also subject to TikTok’s Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.

2. Description of Service

Tiktok Automated Income provides a suite of tools designed to help users analyze and automate their TikTok presence. Features may include analytics, content scheduling, and other automation tools. You are responsible for your use of the services and for any content you provide, including compliance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations.

3. User Accounts

To use our services, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for safeguarding your account, so use a strong password and limit its use to this account. We cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with the above.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the services or help anyone else to do so. You agree not to:

•Violate any laws or regulations.

•Infringe the intellectual property or other rights of others.

•Engage in any activity that is harmful, fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading.

•Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our services or systems.

•Use the services in a way that could harm, disable, overburden, or impair any of our servers or networks.

5. Fees and Payment

Some of our services may be subject to payment. Fees will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis (“Billing Cycle”). Billing cycles are set either on a monthly or annual basis, depending on the subscription plan you select when purchasing a subscription.

At the end of each Billing Cycle, your subscription will automatically renew under the exact same conditions unless you cancel it or we cancel it. You may cancel your subscription renewal either through your online account management page or by contacting our customer support team.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Tiktok Automated Income and its licensors. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the services immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.

If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the services.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Tiktok Automated Income, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the services; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the services; (iii) any content obtained from the services; and (iv) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage, and even if a remedy set forth herein is found to have failed of its essential purpose.

9. Disclaimer

Your use of the services is at your sole risk. The services are provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. The services are provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement or course of performance.

Tiktok Automated Income does not warrant that a) the services will function uninterrupted, secure or available at any particular time or location; b) any errors or defects will be corrected; c) the services are free of viruses or other harmful components; or d) the results of using the services will meet your requirements.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

11. Changes

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will provide at least 30 days’ notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
